delicious, scrumptious, vegan and gluten free coffee cake…but make it THICK and fluffy bread. oh my goodness, this is one of the best recipes on the blog and you’re going to be shocked that it’s both vegan and gluten-free. the bread is dense yet also fluffy as can be. the taste is 10/10 and better than anything you’ll find at a cafe.

Ingredients
- coffee cake bread
- 2 and 1/3 cups gluten free all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup coconut yogurt
- 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 and 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/3 cup almond butter
- cinnamon streusel topping
- 1/2 cup gf all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup melted vegan butter
- 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
- optional glaze

How To Make Coffee Cake Bread
- preheat the oven 350 degrees.
- mix the coffee cake bread ingredients until a thick batter forms. pour into a greased bread loaf pan.
- then, combine the streusel ingredients in a bowl with a fork until a grainy consistency.
- add to the top of the batter and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. cool down completely before cutting into slices. add a glaze to the top if you would like!
- store in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container and enjoy!
