Coffee Cake Bread

  • coffee cake bread
  • 2 and 1/3 cups gluten free all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup coconut yogurt
  • 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 and 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/3 cup almond butter
  • cinnamon streusel topping
  • 1/2 cup gf all purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup melted vegan butter
  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • optional glaze
  • coconut butter

How To Make Coffee Cake Bread

  • preheat the oven 350 degrees.
  • mix the coffee cake bread ingredients until a thick batter forms. pour into a greased bread loaf pan.
  • then, combine the streusel ingredients in a bowl with a fork until a grainy consistency.
  • add to the top of the batter and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. cool down completely before cutting into slices. add a glaze to the top if you would like!
  • store in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container and enjoy!
