Ingredients
- 6 ounces purified water
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- ¼ cup raw cashews (soaked in water for at least four hours if you don’t have a high-powered blender)
- 2 fresh dates – remove pits
- 2 teaspoons of fresh turmeric – minced
- 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger – minced
- ¼ teaspoon of fresh ground black pepper
Instructions
- Put the ingredients in a blender and blend on a high speed until smooth and creamy. You might have to blend through two settings.
