This simple to make carrot smoothie is bursting with tropical flavors and is so full of nutrients… healthy never tasted so good!

- 1 cup cold coconut water or regular water
- 1 cup baby carrots
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 navel orange peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 2 Tbsp granulated sugar optional
- Add ingredients to blender and puree until smooth.
