This Mango Ginger Turmeric Smoothie is a delicious, nutrient-packed smoothie filled with mango, oats, ginger and antiinflammatory turmeric. It makes the perfect quick and healthy breakfast! (gluten-free)

  • 3/4 cup mango cubes (fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup oats (old fashioned rolled or quick
  • 1/4 cup nonfat plain greek yogur
  • 1/2-in piece of ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 4–5 ice cubes (if using fresh mango)
  • Honey to taste


  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender. (I use a Vitamix and love it.)
  2. Enjoy right away.
