Ingredients
- 3/4 cup mango cubes (fresh or frozen
- 1/4 cup oats (old fashioned rolled or quick
- 1/4 cup nonfat plain greek yogur
- 1/2-in piece of ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/4 cup milk of choice (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 4–5 ice cubes (if using fresh mango)
- Honey to taste
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender. (I use a Vitamix and love it.)
- Enjoy right away.
