This green smoothie has two layers: the first with banana and cashew butter and the second with avocado and spinach. Together they make one filling, vegan green smoothie!

Ingredients
- Cashew layer:
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup cashew butter
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- Green layer:
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup dairy-free plain yogurt I used So Delicious
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- Mix the cashew ingredients together in a blender (banana, cashew butter, chia seeds, milk) and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass.
- Rinse out the blender, but don’t wash it completely (you can if you want, but it’s not necessary).
- Place the green ingredients together into the blender (banana, avocado, yogurt, milk) and blend until smooth.
- Slowly pour the green mixture overtop the cashew butter layer.
- Enjoy!
