These keto-friendly Low Carb Air Fried Cheese Sticks are delicious and make for the perfect appetizer for you and your friends!



  • 6 mozzarella cheese sticks
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt


  • In a small bowl, whisk the egg.
  • In a shallow bowl, mix together almond flour, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt
  • Dip mozzarella cheese stick in egg then coat with almond flour mixture and place on a plate. Place in refrigerator for1 hour.
  • Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  • Place prepared mozzarella cheese sticks into the air fryer basket and cook at 375 F for 8 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy
