Ingredients
For the Crust:
- 1 Box of Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 3/4 Cup of Melted Butter
- 1/3 Cup of Granulated Sugar
For the Filling:
- Two 8oz Bars of Cream Cheese (at Room Temp)
- 1 Cup of Powdered Sugar
- 2 TSP of Vanilla Extract
- 8oz Tub of Cool Whip (Defrosted)
- 21oz Can of Strawberry Pie Filling
Other Supplies Needed:
- 2 Mixing Bowls
- Mixing Spoon or Electric Mixer (on Low)
- Ungreased 9″x13″ Baking Dish
- Spatula
- Foil
Directions
For the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°
- In a mixing bowl, combine the box of graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar.
- Pour the mixture into the baking dish
- Press the crust down evenly around the dish to create a “crust”
- Bake for 10 minutes
- Allow baked crust to cool
For the Filling:
- In a mixing bowl, mix the room-temp cream cheese, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar
- Fold in the defrosted Cool Whip (or mix with an electric mixer on low speed)
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust
- Spread the Strawberry Pie Filling over the cream cheese mixture
- Cover with foil and refrigerate for at least 3 hours
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
