- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 kiwi skinned
- 1 frozen banana
- juice of half a lemon
- 1 5.3 oz. container lemon flavored Greek yogurt I use Chobani
- 1 cup coconut water
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
