Rangoon Crab Dip

Rangoon Crab Dip is one of our favorite appetizers and a party go to! Hot, creamy, cheesy and loaded with crab this dip is perfect served with fried wonton chips, tortilla chips or crackers for dipping!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups crab meat
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup pimentos, drained and diced
  • 1/4 tsp stevia
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 2 tsp coconut amino
  • 2 tsp mayonnaise
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp green onion
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • Salt

Directions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 325 F.
  • Add all ingredients except half mozzarella cheese into the large bowl and mix until well combined.
  • Transfer bowl mixture into the air fryer baking dish and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  • Place into the air fryer and cook for 16 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy.
