Garlic Mushrooms

Sauteed Mushrooms are a staple around here adding rich deep flavor to steak dinners and delicious alongside roast chicken dishes. They’re the perfect addition to soups, stews and even cooked rice!

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup coconut amino
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Directions

  • Add all ingredients into the large mixing bowl and mix well. Place in refrigerator for 2 hours.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 350 F.
  • Add Transfer marinated mushrooms into the air fryer basket and cook for 20 minutes. Toss halfway through.
  • Serve and enjoy.
