Sauteed Mushrooms are a staple around here adding rich deep flavor to steak dinners and delicious alongside roast chicken dishes. They’re the perfect addition to soups, stews and even cooked rice!
- 2 lbs mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup coconut amino
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Add all ingredients into the large mixing bowl and mix well. Place in refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350 F.
- Add Transfer marinated mushrooms into the air fryer basket and cook for 20 minutes. Toss halfway through.
- Serve and enjoy.
