Ingredients

  • 1/2 onion

  • 1 zucchini

  • 1 eggplant

  • 2 bell peppers

  • Pepper

  • Salt

Directions

  • Cut all vegetables into 1-inch pieces.
  • Thread vegetables onto the soaked wooden skewers and season with pepper and salt.
  • Place skewers into the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes at 390 F. Turn halfway through.
  • Serve and enjoy.
