These keto-friendly Low Carb Air Fried Cheese Sticks are delicious and make for the perfect appetizer for you and your friends!
- 6 mozzarella cheese sticks
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- In a small bowl, whisk the egg.
- In a shallow bowl, mix together almond flour, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt
- Dip mozzarella cheese stick in egg then coat with almond flour mixture and place on a plate. Place in refrigerator for1 hour.
- Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place prepared mozzarella cheese sticks into the air fryer basket and cook at 375 F for 8 minutes.
